Elizabeth Wang has over 20 years of experience in representing technology businesses, from venture-backed start-ups to industry-leading public companies, in a diverse range of industries, including:

Elizabeth Wang has participated in the evolution of Internet technology and digital media over the past 20 years.  As in-house counsel, she represented the digital media divisions of Simon & Schuster (a Viacom company) in the mid-1990s. In 1998, she joined DoubleClick, the Internet advertising pioneer (now part of Google), as its first lawyer and general counsel, and for the next five years, helped to build the company into an industry leader worldwide.

In 2005, Ms. Wang formed Elizabeth Wang Law Offices. In her private practice, she serves as virtual general counsel for some clients, and augments the in-house legal capabilities of others. With first-hand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges that face a growing company and a keen understanding of her clients’ technologies, Elizabeth Wang is able to calibrate legal risks quickly, and crafts forward-thinking solutions that are pragmatic and creative.
